1 How do we collect and use your information?
1. Types of information collected
In order to provide our services to you, we may manually collect, store, and use the following information. If you refuse to provide it, we may not be able to offer our products or services to you:
1.1 Information you provide
1.1.1 The relevant personal information you provide to us when registering an account or using our services, such as your name, gender, age, height, email address, phone number, avatar, signature, etc.
1.1.2 The shared information you provide to other parties through our services, as well as the information you upload, submit, store, send, or receive when using our services.
1.1.3 We may use LNOW accounts and service tokens to authenticate the identities of different users.
1.1.4 The name, phone number, address, and other necessary shopping information you provide when shopping on LNOW.
1.1.5 If users need to cancel their accounts, they can click on the settings icon on the "My" page to enter the settings page, then click on account cancellation. After confirmation, all information in the account will be deleted and logged out (all information will be deleted and cannot be retrieved).
1.2 Information obtained by us during your use of the service
We will collect information about the services you use and how you use them, such as the relevant information that may arise when you use LNOW's apps, post comments, bullet comments or participate in topic activities in the LNOW community, purchase products or use LNOW hardware products or services on the LNOW store. This type of information includes:
1.2.1 Device Information: We will receive and record device related information based on your specific permissions for software installation and/or usage authorization, such as device model, operating system version information, device settings, mobile device version, device identification code, screen display, device environment and other software and hardware feature information, device location related information, such as IP address, GPS location, and sensor information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information. If you refuse to grant us the corresponding permissions during installation and/or use, we will not record the corresponding information from you.
1.2.2 Data generated using LNOW devices: Your weight, BMI, fat, muscle mass, water content, and other physical data, as well as your steps, heart rate, sleep, trajectory, and other exercise/activity data.
1.2.3 Network usage data: We may collect network types, network signals, IP addresses, etc. related to specific features of LNOWApp.
1.2.4 Order related information: If you purchase goods on LNOW, we may collect information related to your purchase of goods or services. For example, product purchase records, after-sales service records, payment records, customer service voice call records, online conversation records, user evaluation records, etc.
1.2.5 Camera and Album Permissions: When you upload images, we will access the camera related permissions on your device and collect the image and video information you provide based on the photos taken/read and uploaded to us.
1.2.6 Bluetooth and GPS information: When you use LNOW settings, we need your Bluetooth usage permission, and Android also requires your GPS permission when connecting. At the same time, we will upload LNOW device information such as device MAC address, battery level, model, version, etc. through Bluetooth on your phone.
1.2.7 Call Information、ClipBoard Information: When you use the call and SMS reminder function, we will obtain data related to the call, SMS, address book, and clipBoards. With your permission, relevant incoming calls, text messages, contacts, clipBoards, and other data are used for display on devices such as wristbands and watches, but LNOW will not store your related incoming calls, text messages, contacts, clipBoards, and other data.
1.2.8 Audio and Video Information: When you use the recording video function, we will access your device's microphone and recording related permissions. We need to collect your voice information and voice interaction information
1.2.9 Apple Health: LNOW will provide services to connect with Apple's "Health" app and read/write data. LNOW promises:
We will not use the data collected by Apple's "Health" app for advertising, or sell it to advertising platforms, data agents, or information distributors.
LNOW will not display any data collected by Apple's "Health" app to third parties without the explicit permission of the user. Even if the user allows, only display this data to third parties providing health or fitness services.
For the data collected by Apple's "Health" app, LNOW will conduct medical research and technical analysis on the entire database without disclosing individual user privacy.
1.3.0 Tencent SDK: We will provide services for connecting with Tencent's SDK and reading and writing data. We promise:

The data collected by Tencent SDK is only used for technical services such as user login, sharing, and payment.
1.3.1 Our product requires the collection of device MAC addresses and software installation lists for unique user identity binding and quick login to third-party app detection, in order to provide users with better services.
1.3.2 Our product is developed based on DCloud uni app (5+App/WiP2App), which requires the collection of your device identification code (OAID/Android ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, IP) during application operation to provide statistical analysis services. Through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis, we improve performance and user experience, and provide better services to users.
2. How we use your information
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws. You hereby agree to our processing of personal information for the purposes specified in this privacy policy and to disclose personal information to our affiliated companies (which involve communication, social media, technology, and cloud services) and third-party service providers (defined below). 2.1 Establish a LNOW account. When establishing a LNOW account, the information provided will be used to create your LNOW account and display relevant data in the LNOW App.
2.2 Processing your order. The order related data will be used to process your order, provide delivery services, after-sales services, etc.
2.3 Measure and calculate body data. We will use personal basic information combined with LNOW cloud measurement to calculate body data, which will be displayed to you in the app, such as BMI, fat, muscle mass, body shape, visceral fat, body fat index, obesity level, basal metabolism, water content, fat weight, protein, bone mass, body age, lean body weight, etc.
2.4 Physical condition analysis. Based on the personal information and data measured and recorded by your device, we provide analysis related to your physical condition for your reference. For example, we will provide you with an ideal weight range based on your personal information and body composition data for your reference, and conduct a comprehensive body score.
2.5 Display incoming call information. When you receive a call or text message, the device will display the data of the call or message.
2.6 Determine if the phone is supported. The information related to your phone will be used to determine whether your phone can use the LNOW App.
2.7 Provide network related services. LNOW will prompt users when they need to use a certain amount of data for downloading based on different network types, network signals, and other information.
2.8 Statistical Analysis: We will conduct statistical analysis on the status of our services or equipment, and may share this statistical data with the public or third parties to showcase trends in the use of our products or services and optimize them. For example, displaying some ranking lists, etc
3. How do we use cookies and similar technologies

When you use LNOW related services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your access and use of LNOW. Sharing with third parties such as partners: When you purchase goods or services on LNOW, in order to ensure the smooth completion of the services provided to you, we may share your order information, account information, device information, and location information with third parties such as partners. For example, when you purchase products on LNOW, we must share your personal information with the logistics service provider in order to arrange delivery or arrange for partners to provide services.
